Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in procuring construction materials and equipment
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, following up with suppliers for timely delivery
• Coordinate with project and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain vendor records and all purchase documentation accurately
• Support the purchase department in daily operational activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1–2 years of UAE experience in a contracting or construction company
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Immediate joiners are preferred
