Salary: 4500-5000 AED

Join our team as a Purchase & Procurement Executive and play a key role in managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with suppliers and maintain vendor relationships.
• Create and maintain accurate purchase orders, pricing, and supplier records.
• Track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage the import process, working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers.
• Review & record shipping and customs documents.
• Use Tally software for data management and order entries.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
• Prepare cost analysis and purchase reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage and logistics.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement & inventory management.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
