Purchase Supervisor

Description:

Dubai London Hospital Group is currently seeking an experienced Purchase Supervisor to join its procurement and supply chain team in Dubai. The organization is looking for a highly organized and proactive professional with strong expertise in healthcare procurement and hospital supply operations.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth purchasing processes, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining uninterrupted supply of essential hospital materials, including medical and non-medical items.

• Manage daily procurement activities for hospital supplies and ensure timely purchasing

• Source medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, consumables, and general healthcare supplies

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and suppliers

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of required materials

• Ensure compliance with hospital procurement policies and UAE healthcare standards

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand supply needs and requirements

• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

• Support smooth and uninterrupted supply chain operations across departments
