Description:

We’re looking for a sharp and organised Purchasing Administrator to join our team. If you’re the kind of person who gets a thrill from spreadsheets balancing out and deliveries landing on time, this might be your calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any hiccups.
  • Track stock levels, costs, and invoices with obsessive accuracy.
  • Support the purchasing manager in negotiating with vendors.
  • Keep internal teams updated on order statuses.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain admin.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel wizardry preferred).
  • Ability to multitask without combusting.
