Purchasing Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Engineer to manage procurement operations, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for engineering and project requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong GCC experience and the ability to handle end-to-end purchasing activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services based on project needs.
• Issue RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and timelines.
• Maintain vendor databases and identify new suppliers across the GCC region.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Prepare purchase orders and track order status through completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and site teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined.
• Monitor material quality, delivery accuracy, and supplier performance.
• Handle documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with company procurement policies.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the purchase department.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
