Qa/qc Engineer

Al Saad Precast is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer specializing in precast operations to join their team in Dubai Industrial City. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in quality assurance and control within the precast or construction industry.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all production processes and finished elements meet required quality standards, specifications, and project requirements. Strong technical knowledge and coordination skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out inspections at all stages of precast production as well as on finished products
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards
• Perform quality checks on molds, reinforcement, embedded items, casting, curing, demolding, and finishing processes
• Monitor and execute required testing and inspection procedures
• Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports and test records
• Identify quality-related issues and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate closely with production and project teams to maintain consistent quality standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC within precast or construction environments
• Strong knowledge of concrete testing, reinforcement inspection, and quality control practices
• Ability to inspect and monitor all stages of precast production
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
• UAE or GCC experience will be considered an advantage
• Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred
