Qa/qc Engineer

Description:

We are currently hiring a QA/QC Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality high-rise building projects across the UAE. This role is ideal for experienced civil engineers who specialize in quality assurance and quality control within the construction sector.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all construction activities meet required quality standards and project specifications. The position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and engineering requirements

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks during construction activities

• Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, and approvals

• Maintain QA/QC documentation and reporting records accurately

• Coordinate with site teams to resolve quality-related issues

• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Proven experience in QA/QC for high-rise building projects in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation

• Experience in material approvals, method statements, and site audits

• Good communication and reporting skills
