Qauntity Surveyor

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for façade projects.

-Prepare quantity take-offs and ensure accurate measurement of façade works.

-Handle interim valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.

-Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance.

-Review subcontractor and supplier quotations and support commercial negotiations.

-Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and Site Teams to ensure accurate project costing.

-Maintain proper documentation and records related to project quantities and commercial matters.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the façade industry.

-Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and installation activities.

-Good knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, variations, and project commercial management.

-Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

-Candidates who can join immediately or have a shorter notice period will be highly preferred.
