Description:

A major Dubai High-Speed Rail (HSR) Project is seeking experienced QC Managers to join its infrastructure team. This opportunity is suitable for civil engineering professionals with strong quality assurance and quality control experience in large-scale underground metro and rail projects.

The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project quality standards, monitoring construction activities, and supporting successful project delivery. Applicants with underground metro experience and relevant civil engineering qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across project activities.

• Conduct inspections and ensure construction works comply with approved standards and specifications.

• Review quality documentation, reports, and project records.

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and engineering specifications.

• Support continuous improvement of quality management processes.

Requirements:

• Overall experience of 7–14 years in QA/QC roles.

• Mandatory experience in underground metro projects.

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.

• Strong QA/QC experience in underground metro and infrastructure projects.

• Excellent knowledge of quality procedures, inspections, and construction standards.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Quality assurance and quality control systems

 • Underground metro construction projects

 • Civil engineering standards and project documentation
