A quality assurance (QA) engineer ensures that the software passes all checks before its release to the public. They oversee every phase of design, development, testing and delivery to verify if the product meets the quality standards and requirements, and they work with a team and report to a manager.

Responsibilities

Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services. Managing waste in production and improving efficiency within production processes. Creating production plans for new products with a focus on quality.
