Description:

CW Talent Solutions is seeking a Quantitative Researcher to join a leading trading firm in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Equities, Non-Equities, and CTA strategies (Futures, FX, Rates), with a particular interest in IR Swaps and FX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth quantitative research and analysis to develop innovative trading models.
• Focus on IR Swaps and FX, exploring statistical patterns and market inefficiencies.
• Design and test systematic trading strategies using large datasets and advanced modeling techniques.
• Collaborate with traders and developers to refine strategies and integrate research insights into live trading.
• Continuously enhance alpha signals, risk models, and execution algorithms.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in quantitative research within Futures, FX, Rates, or related markets.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, or signal generation.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, R, or MATLAB for data analysis and model development.
• Deep understanding of IR Swaps and FX market dynamics.
• Ability to work in a high-performance, research-driven environment.
