Description:

A well-established organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Site) to join its growing construction team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled civil engineering professional with strong expertise in site supervision, cost control, and contract management within UAE construction projects.

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing BOQs, and ensuring effective contract administration while supporting on-site project execution. The position requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in both consultancy and construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site-based quantity surveying activities across civil construction projects

• Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates

• Monitor project costs and ensure strict cost control throughout execution

• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with project terms

• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project teams for smooth execution

• Evaluate variations, claims, and contractual changes accurately

• Ensure all work aligns with UAE construction standards and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in construction and site supervision

• Strong expertise in cost control, BOQs, and contract administration

• Proven experience in both consultancy and project execution roles

• Must currently be based in the UAE

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
