Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) to join a growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about the interior fit-out industry and eager to contribute to high-end commercial and residential projects. The role focuses on pre-contract activities, requiring strong analytical skills, accuracy, and effective coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Contract Estimation:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets for interior fit-out works
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements

• Cost Planning & Analysis:
• Evaluate project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Assist in preparing tender submissions and pricing strategies

• Technical Coordination:
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure alignment on project scope
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate quantity take-offs

• Documentation:
• Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, and tender documents
• Ensure all pre-contract documentation is organized and up to date

Requirements:

• Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in a pre-contract role within the interior fit-out sector

• Education:
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
• Knowledge of PlanSwift or Bluebeam is considered an added advantage

• Communication Skills:
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including project managers and site staff
