Quantity Surveyor

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQ), performing cost planning, cost control, and cost reporting, and ensuring efficient cost management throughout the project lifecycle. Key tasks include analyzing project requirements, preparing tender documentation, estimating project costs, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost planning, cost control, and cost management
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with construction management software and industry best practices
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards in the United Arab Emirates is an advantage
• Previous experience in the construction or design-build industry is preferred
