Quantity Surveyor

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is suited for candidates with strong expertise in cost management, contract administration, and project budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
• Manage contracts, variations, and claims
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget compliance
• Conduct quantity take-offs using AutoCAD and PlanSwift
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Provide commercial and cost advice to the project management team
• Prepare progress claims, detailed reports, and final accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and PlanSwift
• Proficiency in cost management and FIDIC contract administration
• Knowledge of FIDIC and POMI standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
