Quantity Surveyor

𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐫 (𝐐𝐒)

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in the UAE with immediate availability. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in landscaping, civil, and agricultural-related projects and possess strong commercial and procurement knowledge.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience within the UAE
• Strong working knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination
• Proven experience in landscape and civil works projects
• Background in agricultural or landscaping-related projects will be considered an added advantage
• Ability to join immediately is highly preferred

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Preparing quantity take-offs, measurements, and detailed cost estimations
• Managing vendor sourcing and supporting procurement activities
• Monitoring project costs, budgets, and variations to ensure cost control
• Handling contract administration and assisting with commercial documentation
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of landscaping and civil project requirements
• Supporting project teams with accurate reporting and commercial coordination
