Quantity Surveyor

X Refresh Interiors LLC is currently hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Estimator) to support its growing interior fit-out and renovation projects in Dubai. The role requires strong technical expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering, along with a solid understanding of the UAE construction and interiors market.

Key responsibilities include:
• Prepare precise cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out and renovation works
• Review project drawings, specifications, and material requirements to develop accurate pricing
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive material and labor quotations
• Support budget planning, cost monitoring, and financial control from project initiation through completion
• Participate in tendering activities, including bid reviews, risk assessments, and cost evaluations
• Work closely with project managers to ensure projects meet financial targets and delivery timelines

Candidate requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in construction or interior fit-out estimation within the UAE
• Proficiency in estimation and measurement tools such as CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar software
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, suppliers, materials, and subcontractors
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively

Preferred qualifications:
• Prior experience handling interior fit-out projects in Dubai or across the UAE
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and industry standards
• Membership in professional bodies such as RICS or AIQS will be considered an advantage
