We Are Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (QS)

A reputable construction company operating as a main contractor in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its project team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on exposure to high-rise and building projects within the UAE and the ability to manage commercial aspects of construction works independently.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant UAE experience with a main contracting company
• Strong experience in high-rise and building construction projects
• Proven expertise in preparing BOQs, cost control, variations, interim payments, and final accounts
• Good working knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions
• Experience in dealing with subcontractors, including evaluations and finalization of accounts
• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity take-off techniques
• Ability to work independently while meeting strict project timelines
