Quantity Surveyor & Estimator

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor & Estimator to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is suited for professionals with a solid background in construction and interior fit-out projects who can handle cost estimation, quantity surveying, and project coordination with accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE market and the ability to contribute effectively to multiple projects while meeting strict timelines. Key requirements include:

• Proven experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
• Strong expertise in interior fit-out and joinery works
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
• Strictly 3–5 years of relevant industry experience
• UAE experience is mandatory

This is an on-site role based in Dubai and is open only to candidates with the required local experience.
