Quantity Surveyor & Estimator

Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor cum Estimator for a fulltime position in our Company Kaprel Partitions in Dubai, UAE. The role will be responsible for analyzing costs, Estimations, BOQ and Quotation preparation on Architectural projects mainly focusing on glass partitions and doors.

Qualifications / Requirement:
5+ years of Quatity Surveyor and Estimation experience, preferably in interior design or construction industry
BOQ and Quotation Preparation Skills
Review drawings, contracts, and specifications
Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
Evaluate tender submissions and prepare tender reports.
Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
Evaluate variations, prepare valuations, and certify payments
Strong analytical and numerical abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in QS software and MS Excel
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
With Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or relevant discipline
