MAPA LIMAK CRRC JV is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team for the prestigious Dubai Metro Blue Line Project, preferably with prior experience working with Dubai RTA.

🔑 Key Requirements:

Civil Engineering Academic Background. (DAE, BTECH, BE Civil).

Proven experience (10+ years) in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and budget management.

Experience in Metro Rail projects or similar large-scale transportation projects is highly preferred.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
