We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor and Civil/Landscape Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, civil engineering, and landscaping, with proficiency in estimation and key software tools. Proficiency in utilizing design software, including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Lumion, for effective project visualization and design is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting quantity surveys for various civil and landscaping projects.

• Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates.

• Managing project budgets and ensuring cost control.

• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients

• Reviewing and approving project plans and specifications

• Utilizing AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Lumion for project visualization and design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

• Proven experience in quantity surveying and civil/landscape projects

• Proficiency in estimation and cost management

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Lumion

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy
