• Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Dubai or in the UAE Real Estate Industry.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (mandatory). Any other language is a strong advantage.
• Essential Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and marketing acumen.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
• Real Estate License (preferred, but not essential – company will assist with licensing).
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and relevant software.
