We are looking for a driven Acquisition Manager who combines deep market knowledge, exceptional sourcing instincts, and light operational experience. You’ll identify and acquire high-quality real estate deals in Dubai while ensuring properties meet our onboarding and operational standards before they go live on the platform. The Focus is to attract sellers and renters, while ensuring unparalleled property visibility and value.

This is a hybrid role that blends 80% real estate acquisitions with 20% operational oversight, perfect for someone who thrives in a startup, flat-structure, high-ownership environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions in Dubai; bonus if combined with property operations or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of RERA laws, Dubai Land Department regulations, and off-plan vs. ready market dynamics.
• Proficient in property financial analysis and investment evaluation.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong network with developers, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a lean, tech-enabled, mission-driven startup culture.
