Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.

- Drive performance across off-plan, secondary, rental, and commercial segments.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Coordinate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.

- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

- Ensure high client satisfaction through quality service and relationship management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Leader / Sales Executive in UAE real estate.

- Deep knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
