• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information on available properties
• Maintain and update CRM records regularly
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with clients and ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Currently based in Dubai and ready to join immediately
