Description:

A reputable organization based in Sharjah is currently seeking a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support front-desk operations and administrative tasks. This is a full-time opportunity ideally suited for candidates who are well-organized, professional, and capable of handling various clerical responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will also be responsible for maintaining office administration functions efficiently. Prior experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates of any nationality who demonstrate excellent communication skills and administrative abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

  • Manage incoming phone calls and route them as needed

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and deliveries

  • Maintain office filing systems, databases, and administrative records

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports

  • Support day-to-day office operations, procurement, and coordination with departments

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, professional, and welcoming at all times

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or admin assistant role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Friendly personality with a customer-service mindset

  • Ability to work independently and manage routine administrative responsibilities
