Based in Dubai, we’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Game Master / Actor who can guide guests through our games, create a vibrant atmosphere, and help ensure every visitor leaves with amazing memories.

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident, friendly, and responsible individual

• Fluent spoken English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

• Strong communication skills with both adults and children

• Open-minded team players who value tolerance and cultural diversity

• Previous acting experience is a significant advantage

• Sales experience or client interaction background

• Quick learner with attention to detail

• Basic PC literacy (Word, Excel, messengers, CRM tools)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and guiding guests through the storyline and rules

• Managing games: monitoring progress, giving hints, controlling sound/lights, ensuring safety

• Maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the game areas

• Handling bookings, reports, and basic documentation

• Participating in photo/video content creation

• Performing in-character roles as part of certain escape rooms
