We are looking to hire a Recruiter
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and reporting on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Creating and posting job ads on various platforms
- Networking with potential candidates through social media and events
- Collaborating with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria
- Screening resumes and applications
- Conducting initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Recruitment or similar roles in UAE.
- Hands-on experience with major job sites
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
