• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience recruiting within real estate is preferred
• Proven track record of sourcing and interviewing top talent.
• Familiarity with the Dubai job market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
