We’re Hiring: Recruiter – UAE
Are you a people-first, detail-oriented recruiter with strong knowledge of UAE labor and visa processes? We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team and lead end-to-end talent acquisition—from sourcing to onboarding—with a focus on the UAE market.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate offers.
- Advertise vacancies and source top candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
- Drive recruitment innovation to attract high-quality talent.
- Coordinate closely with country managers and department heads to assess hiring needs and talent development plans.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Manatal ATS.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience through every stage of the process.
- Stay current with UAE employment laws and best practices.
- Handle UAE visa processing and onboarding for new hires:
- Collect and verify documents.
- Liaise with PRO/government officer for visa, medical, Emirates ID, and labor contract.
- Track progress and ensure timely joining.
- Maintain recruitment and visa reports for internal tracking and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in General & Administration or non-tech roles.
- Hands-on experience with UAE visa processing and strong knowledge of local labor/immigration laws.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Manatal).
- A team player with a proactive mindset, emotional intelligence, and excellent attention to detail.
