Responsibilities
 

• Establish and manage your own recruitment desk
• Identify new business opportunities and developing client relationships
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market conditions and trends
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals
   

Requirements
 

• Must have UAE experience
• Must have strong agency recruitment experience in a business development or 360 role
