As we expand our team, we are seeking an experienced Real Estate Recruiter who can identify and attract top talent to support our continued success.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate recruitment within the UAE market. This role requires a professional who is proactive, well-connected, and capable of managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the company
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for sales, leasing, and support positions
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networking
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage feedback loops with department heads
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide periodic reports to management

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of real estate brokerage roles and organizational structures
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in competitive markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
