Position Overview:

Ecomma is a growing private equity firm specializing in acquiring and scaling e-commerce brands globally. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team and strengthen our people and culture function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, performance, offboarding)

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

• Supporting leadership with people strategy and organizational development

• Ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations

• Driving employee engagement and a positive company culture

• Leading end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing

• Building strong talent pipelines to support ongoing growth

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in recruitment / Human Resources.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and people person, with the ability follow Ecomma's values.
