The Regional Development Manager is a member of the Qualifications team in the Gulf region, tasked with supporting our schools and growing our presence in schools in the Gulf. We aim to be a trusted partner to all our schools; we work with them every step of the way, and we go above and beyond to solve their problems.
The Role Will Encompass
- Holding key responsibility for and proactively supporting assigned schools in the Gulf area. Working to both grow the presence of Pearson Edexcel, and to delight our customers through helping solve their problems and offering the very highest standards of support.
- Acting as an ambassador for Pearson, developing relationships with key stakeholders across the education landscape in the Gulf.
- Formulating strategic and operational plans based on a solid understanding of the market trends and customer demands.
- Leveraging management tools to analyze data on a variety of critical business drivers.
- Developing timely and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts.
