Global Engineering Talent is partnered with a world-leading design consultancy seeking a Regional Director – Mechanical to play a key role in technical leadership, project delivery, and client engagement.

The Role:

🔹 Reporting to the UAE Director, you will co-lead the technical and operational management of the regional office alongside another Regional Director.

🔹 Oversee design, project execution, P&L, and team leadership.

🔹 Act as a key client interface, driving business relationships and project success.

🔹 Deliver complex mission-critical projects across the region.

Requirements:

✔ 15+ years in MEP design, with a focus on mission-critical/critical systems projects.

✔ Background in a leading global design consultancy – not client-side or FM.

✔ Strong technical leadership skills, with experience managing large teams and P&L.

✔ A well-established network in the UAE, ideally already based in Dubai.

✔ Immediate availability preferred.
