Description:
A leadership role with the responsibility of driving the Top Line Budget and Forecast across the regions by implementing and executing a commercial strategy and business plan using company processes and tools.
The Regional Director of Sales will:
- Lead, coach, develop, recruit, and retain commercial team talent, managing performance and evaluating members against defined KPIs.
- Deliver budgeted revenues across all revenue streams (including Rooms), while controlling costs, routes to market, channel shifts, and marketing/eCommerce opportunities.
- Collaborate with AGM, Finance, and Senior Operations Manager to maximize profits in line with GOP and EBITDA targets.
- Ensure Business Review Guidelines and Pricing & Rate Quotation Strategies are in place to optimize sales and catering pricing and achieve positive group market share.
- Support marketing coordination on regional sales, marketing, & public relations activities. liaise with company teams for maximum hotel performance.
- Support Revenue Manager to establish an optimal market mix, validate forecasts, develop demand period strategies, and approve retail and group pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, owners, hotel teams, and support teams to maximize commercial benefits.
- Liaise with VP of Revenue and Director of Global Sales Operations to present strategies to key stakeholders.
Who we look for:

- Minimum 5+ years in the hospitality/travel industry in revenue-generating or commercial roles. Of which at least 3 years managing sales or commercial teams
- Knowledge across Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance disciplines.
- A proactive, client-oriented leadership style inspiring through action and communication.
- Experience within branded environments.
- An outgoing personality with drive and determination for success.
- Fluency in English. Local language proficiency (Arabic) is advantageous.
