The Regional Manager has strategic responsibilities for managing HR and Mobility operations within their assigned region.

Responsibilities
 

  • Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment
  • Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning
  • Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRs
  • Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including negotiation of job offers.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to Team Leaders.
  • Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions.
  • Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related day to day operations
     

Qualifications
 

  • 10-12 years of HR and mobility experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Country Manager
  • Understanding UAE immigration structure: Federal vs. Emirate-level jurisdictions (MOHRE vs. GDRFA/ICP)
  • Familiarity with Mainland (e.g., Dubai Economic Department), Free Zones (e.g., DMCC, DIFC, ADGM), and Offshore entities
  • Awareness of key regulatory authorities (e.g., GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, respective Free Zone authorities)
