Regional Sales Manager

You’ll manage and expand Al-Amin’s commercial footprint — developing new accounts, maintaining client relationships, and driving export volumes. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional with solid B2B or export sales experience.

Your Role

You will manage and expand Al-Amin’s commercial footprint within your assigned region, focusing on developing new B2B accounts and increasing export volumes.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new B2B clients (importers, distributors, wholesalers).
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver customized offers, quotations, and business proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to close profitable deals.
  • Monitor sales performance, report to management, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Represent Al-Amin in trade fairs, exhibitions, and online B2B platforms.

 

Who You Are

  • Proven B2B sales or export experience (preferably in agricultural products, food trade, or FMCG).
  • Strong regional market understanding (especially GCC and West Asia).
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized in following up leads.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing cross-border operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, MBA, or International Trade preferred.
