Adecco is proud to partner with BMW Group, supporting the Rolls-Royce division in their search for a Regional Technical Manager based in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for seasoned automotive professionals to work with one of the world’s most iconic luxury automobile brands.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the regional technical interface for all Rolls-Royce Motor Cars-related matters in the Middle East and India.

• Ensure consistent technical support and training to authorized dealerships and service teams.

• Lead diagnostic troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and the resolution of complex vehicle issues.

• Collaborate with the head office and engineering teams to manage and escalate technical concerns.

• Support warranty processes, technical updates, field actions, and service campaigns.

• Analyze field data and KPIs to identify technical trends and opportunities for improvement.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering or equivalent technical discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in technical aftersales roles with premium/luxury automotive brands.

• Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems, diagnostics, and vehicle electronics.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to travel within the region and support dealers on-site when necessary.

• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
