🔑 What You’ll Do:

✔ Develop and maintain relationships with local and international real estate agencies

✔ Sign up and onboard new brokerages, ensuring seamless collaboration

✔ Conduct regular broker briefings and training sessions to enhance market knowledge

✔ Support brokers in closing deals and achieving strong sales performance

✔ Stay updated on UAE property market trends, key developers, and new project launches

✔ Provide strategic insights and guidance to brokers and clients

🚀 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong knowledge and understanding of UAE’s top developers and real estate market trends

✅ Established connections with real estate brokerages across the UAE

✅ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or business development

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

✅ Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
