We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager specializing in off-plan real estate sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your industry connections, sales expertise, and relationship management skills to drive project sales through our broker network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers to promote our off-plan developments
- Conduct effective broker activations and deliver compelling project presentations
- Provide comprehensive product training to broker teams
- Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed
- Represent Estative at industry events and networking opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
- Experience working with leading developers (such as Damac, Azizi, Sobha, or similar)
- Completed real estate and sales training programs
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Extensive broker network and relationship management abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of closing sales
- Knowledge of Dubai's property market and real estate regulations
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
