Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and brokers.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored real estate investment solutions.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and handle negotiations with professionalism.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate laws, trends, and market insights.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Real Estate Development (Dubai market preferred).
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
