Description:
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and long-term relationship building. This position involves managing client accounts, tax compliance and advisory, renewing trade licenses and residency visas, upselling corporate services, and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Retention & Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
- Proactively address client concerns and queries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
2.Trade License & Visa Renewal:
- Manage the timely renewal of trade licenses and residency visas, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
- Provide guidance to clients on renewal processes and necessary documentation.
3.Upselling Corporate Services:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional corporate services, including tax advisory, accounting, and business consultancy.
- Present tailored solutions to meet client needs and support their business growth.
4.Service Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to all clients.
- Gather client feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
5.Client Onboarding:
- Provide thorough orientation on services, including tax compliance, visa processing, and license management.
- Provide thorough orientation on services and support processes.
6.Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly targets related to client retention, upselling, and revenue generation.
- Track and report progress on KPIs to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in relationship management or a client-facing role, preferably in the UAE business setup industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE trade license and residency visa processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
