Description:
As a Relationship Manager/BDE, you will lead the front line of project sales, working closely with Dubai’s broker ecosystem and direct investor networks. You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong broker relations, and representing Pearlshire’s projects with authority, elegance, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Broker Engagement & Sales Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading real estate brokerages and top-performing agents in Dubai.
- Conduct broker briefings, site tours, roadshows, and one-on-one sessions to activate sales interest.
- Ensure continuous follow-up with broker leads, driving them from enquiry to conversion.
Project & Sales Presentations
- Deliver clear, high-impact presentations to brokers, investors, and end-users—both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Communicate key project USPs, pricing, offers, and investment highlights with clarity and confidence.
Revenue Generation & Closing
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through broker and direct channels.
- Handle client negotiations and documentation, ensuring timely closure and compliance with company processes.
Market Intelligence & Feedback
- Monitor competitive launches, pricing movements, and agent sentiment in the Dubai market.
- Provide structured feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine positioning and improve lead conversion.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate lead status updates in the CRM system.
- Submit weekly sales reports, broker interaction logs, and pipeline forecasts.
Requirements
✅ Experience & Track Record
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales or business development.
- Prior experience working with a UAE-based developer is essential.
- Strong track record of closing high-value transactions through broker networks.
✅ Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in delivering in-person presentations and handling high-level investor conversations.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate transaction laws, off-plan regulations, and escrow protocols.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as PropSpace, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
✅ Languages (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Fluency in English is required.
- Additional fluency in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, French, Russian, Persian, or Mandarin is highly desirable to engage with Dubai’s multicultural buyer and broker base.
