We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated professional to join our Client Relations team based in either Mongolia or Dubai. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive world-class service while helping grow our market presence.
Core Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-quality relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Lead Activation: Proactively engage with new leads and follow up with potential clients to drive conversion.
- Client Support: Resolve inquiries promptly and ensure a premium service standard is maintained at all times.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of your assigned clientele and execute strategic actions to improve engagement.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our latest financial products, marketing promotions, and regulatory terms to educate clients effectively.
- Compliance & Ethics: Adhere strictly to internal legal guidelines and compliance procedures, always acting in the best interest of the firm.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the wider team to hit growth targets and provide feedback for system and process enhancements.
Key Requirements
- Education: A University degree in a business-related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in client handling within the financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Languages: Native-level fluency in Mongolian with professional-grade proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Traits: High integrity, reliability, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Strong computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
- Eligibility: Must possess a valid work permit for the chosen location.
