Relationship Manager

Description:

A growing Asset & Wealth Management firm based in DIFC is looking to hire experienced Relationship Managers to support the expansion of its private wealth platform.

The role is focused on managing and growing relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, and delivering tailored investment solutions across asset classes.

The firm is hiring multiple Relationship Managers across varying seniority levels, including experienced Senior VP / Director profiles with substantial client books.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW and institutional clients
• Drive new client acquisition and contribute to overall AUM growth
• Build long-term trusted relationships and deliver tailored investment solutions
• Advise clients across equities, fixed income, structured products, funds, and alternative investments
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and client performance discussions
• Work closely with investment advisory and product teams to align client strategies
• Ensure compliance with DFSA and internal regulatory standards
• Identify cross-selling and business development opportunities within GCC and international wealth markets

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Investment Advisory
• Proven track record managing and growing HNW/UHNW client portfolios
• Portable client book with minimum USD 30M AUM
• Experience within DIFC or similar regulated financial environments preferred
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Excellent relationship management and business development capabilities
• Entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset
