Relationship Officer

 

Description:

To perform all sales related activities for potential and existing customers through effective sourcing of primary and related banking products, in order to achieve the assigned financial targets while adhering to the bank's policies, ethics and code of conduct.

 

Functional Responsibilities:

  • All customer communication to be on recorded calls and ensure all product pricing and features communicated clearly
  • Submission of all records/documents are error free and accurate
  • Awareness of all products and provide information in an engaging manner to customers
  • Maintain effective business relationship with customers
  • Ensure proper handover in case of absence, for business continuity
  • Provide continuous market feedback on competition and suggest changes for product enhancement
  • Maximize cross sell of all banking products
  • Follow up on all customer conversions and ensure closure as per TAT to avoid any complaints
  • All leads and complaints to be closed within TAT as per SQ guidelines.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly assigned sales targets
  • Follow scripts and ensure telephone etiquette as per SQ standards
  • Follow up closely on prospective leads for closure
  • Maintain Quality service by following organization standards and policies
  • Conform the requirements of RAKBANK’s Quality Management System
