UHY James UAE is seeking a skilled RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) Auditor to join their Dubai office. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in auditing real estate entities, service charges, and compliance with UAE RERA regulations. The position requires immediate availability or a short notice period for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Conduct audits in accordance with RERA guidelines and standards
• Review service charge budgets and perform expense reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations in all audit activities
• Conduct audits of real estate management companies, community management companies, and owners’ associations
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify accuracy of financial records
• Must be based in Dubai and able to join immediately or on short notice

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACCA or CA qualification is mandatory
• 2–3 years of UAE RERA audit experience
• Strong knowledge of service charge audits and financial compliance
