The Restaurant Hostess role at Say HELLO! is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In this role, the Hostess will welcome guests warmly, manage waiting lists, and guide guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival experience.

Daily responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, handling reservations, coordinating with the serving staff, and maintaining an organized and clean reception area.

The Hostess will provide attentive customer service, address guest questions or concerns, and support overall restaurant operations during busy periods.

This role requires a professional demeanor, consistent punctuality, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and coordination with the team.
• Candidates should possess basic Reservations management skills, including maintaining booking systems and organizing seating plans.
• Candidates should possess fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess a polished, professional appearance and the ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess prior experience in hospitality or restaurant front-of-house roles; knowledge of the local Dubai hospitality scene is beneficial.
• Candidates should possess flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
